When applicants apply for jobs through our website or online job portal we collect the data that is submitted, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to screen applicants for hiring. We also submit that information to relevant organizations that are looking for candidates that the applicant is well suited for.
If you upload files, such as resumes or cover letters, to the website, you should be aware that the information in your submission will be viewed by Diversity Talent Partners and any organization that we may submit those files to for hiring purposes. Please do not upload anything that you do not want to be made public.
If you provide any information on our site, such as your name, email address, phone number, resume, cover letter, or any other information, you may opt-in to saving that data as a ‘cookie’ (a file that stores that information on your computer). These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you apply for another job or use our contact form again. These cookies will last for one year.

This is so we can report on business trends year after year and to provide candidates with faster assistance in the event they need our services in the future. Website administrators and companies with whom we submit your applications can also see and that information.
At this time Diversity Talent Partners does not work with or collect data from candidates or businesses outside of the United States, so laws such as the GDPR are not applicable to us, however, we will continue to observe, to the best of our ability, all local, state and federal privacy laws and will update our policies, and this page, if changes to our data policies occur.
What rights you have over your data
If you have applied for jobs on this site, or have filled out our contact form, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
